Ruler (the measurement ones) in portuguese is "régua". Mare in portuguese is "égua". You cant say régua without saying égua. Twilight is a mare, therefore she is an "égua". Therefore you cant say régua without saying twilight. Therefore you cant say ruler without saying Twilight. Twilight is a ruler of equestria. Coincidence? i think not
