@widget That reminds me. Did you ever decide what would happen if you ran into someone pushing updates from an SN instance with a strict license? I ask because someone I know was toying with the idea of using an SN instance with the "No Derivative Works" clause. ... If I can make a suggestion: Warn people somewhere (like the ToS) that you use a word filter, that remote statuses will be censored when pushed to yRDN, and that you can't cherry-pick instances to filter based on license. A fair warning is all it would take to cover RDN as far as remote instance licenses go.
