    • Last night in D&D I kept using my Deck of Illusions inappropriately, at one point conjuring up a Hill Giant that I named Biggo. But since we then had to climb a mountain range, as soon as Biggo got 120ft away he dispelled. I turned back and whispered "I love you", and he grumbled "Supermaaaaaan..." It was both sadder and funnier than the end of the Iron Giant.

      • @thelastgherkin Our wizard used the Deck of Illusions to cast an illusion (a beholder) on the Lightning Rail tracks (a magical train that hovers in the air and is hold up by magic stones in the ground that shoot lightning) in order to stop the train because the tracks were supposedly manipulated by a Sherlock Holmes type detective gone full Moriarty. However the breaks were manipulated instead and thus the train was unable to stop and ran over the beholder illusion. We used a fly spell to get on the train and our sorcerer blasted a level 5 scorching ray and killed the lightning elemental in one round (5 individual attacks, two were crit with almost max damage rolls, and the rest were also high damage rolls). The train "rolled" safely into the train station with a huge melted whole in the front.

          • @scribus I kicked a bullying classmate against the door of the sports dressing room because he and his clique were harassing me because I knew karate and wanted to see my skills but I refused to do so for a long time. The guy fell straight against the door knob with his back. It hurt him a lot. After that I was sent to the school's counselor. I was left alone by them I didn't face any retaliations from the school or otherwise.

They don't reduce or eliminate any kind of radiation, hell, if anything they amplify it
The only way to keep your thoughts away from them is to wear a full body lead suit... Or a wearable mobile Faraday cage

              • @zennx A lead suit is the best way to get slowly lead poisoning. People have all sorts of weird superstitions, ranging from Religion, to feeling sick from electric fields, and being good on slot machines. Once they set a thought in their head and receive some sorts of a confirmation of that believe it'll suddenly "work" for them and ignore any negative or ineffective outcomes, like for example homeopathy. They interpret the self-healing of the body and self-induced positive bias towards the watered down water solution to justify the effort put into that and outcome of no practical effectiveness of the stuff.
