@thelastgherkin That's just how much one of my sponge cakes would weigh though. Because it's pretty much 'exactly the same amount of everything', you can make one as big or as small as you want with no effort whatsoever. Delia Smith says 170g of everything gives you a 20cm cake, so mine are probably bigger than average. But I'd still give it a figure of 1kg just to be safe.

@thelastgherkin I wish I could remember what I saw on that demo, since almost 10 years without thinking of Silent Hill passed between me playing the demo and me playing the bought game and yet I was still scared to play the bought game. Also the ghost in the garden in Super Mario 64, screw that ghost.

@thelastgherkin Assuming you mean a simple victoria sponge, then it is comprised of 250g flour, 250g sugar, 250g butter, 3 medium eggs and some other stuff that you don't need a lot of. So I would say maybe 850g to 1kg for the baked cake.

@thelastgherkin I was not a brave child... I bricked it at a Silent Hill 2 demo and refused to play them when I was younger and only at 18 did it occur to me that I've never played one... I was still hesitant to pop the disc in. I don't even remember playing this demo but it must have ingrained sheer terror into me, haha. And I think there are guns in 2 as well, under some boxes on the obstacle course (might be mixing that up with 3 though)

@thelastgherkin I just watched a tomb raider 2 video and not only are the graphics much worse than I remember them being, the old man isn't even scary. He just makes this generic 'get off my lawn' "YEEEUU" noise over and over. I've spoiled a cherished childhood memory by looking at it as my older cynical self :'(

@stumperman07 It was the zombie moaning what done it. We had rumours and legends about the butler and why he was pure nightmare fuel unleaded. (I don't think he was so bad in Tomb Raider: Legend)

@stumperman07 I trollfaced whenever I locked the butler in the freezer. That butler scared us all, we'd just be exploring in Lara's house and the old man would shuffle up and we'd panic and run away. And then we froze him to death. Such cases.

@captlynch I remember telling someone who was playing my playstation to do it because I was 8 and therefore thought it was the most awesome thing ever but then he got all grapesed off when he exploded because he had to restart the level :(

@captlynch There was a cheat for that in Tomb Raider 2. You exploded if you put in the cheat sequence for unlimited health from the previous Tomb Raider game so it's more troll developers than troll players but whatevs... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-I7bIp__ZS0
