  1. @broniebrown "I'll happy to hear" looks odd to me. You should not be sorry, as I know what you meant, but if you have an English exam or something coming up... I'd be sweating bricks... or breadsticks...

  2. @broniebrown Oh, ohkay. Maybe I am just grodgy, but you seem to make more English language mistakes than usual

  3. @broniebrown I'll try to remember to give it... On an unrelated topic, are you feeling ohkay ?

  5. @broniebrown I know I had the same issue when I found out I could theoretically make it in life as a professional spagetthi tosser

  6. @broniebrown I should see that lego movie ( I still have not :o ) ... I always thought Batman always was a [synonym for nozzle you use to clean yourself] down at the core though. Not sure how Lego portrays the [same word]-yness though, I should check that out pronto-ish

  7. @broniebrown You want to have it as a backup plan, so you are at the gathering thoughts stage, also known as the ( my personal favorite ) spagetthi tossing stage ( see what sticks )... But yea... demo stations, word I was looking for... Better set it up nice and kozy, like a fake living room :)

  9. @broniebrown As long as you put an area in your store where you can just play random games. Perhaps to serve as live advertizement ? Or it could be part revenue in of itself.

  10. @broniebrown Although I can see that being used as an arguement not to get Origin, it is also a statement that will sooner or later simply die and vanish. I am not saying that is a good thing per-se. But countless of computer games, and almost all of the 7th and 8th generation console gamers have given up on only wanting physical copies of games. When grapes hits the fan like in 1984, should there ever be a video game crash again, and digital resellers go down ( whether Steam, Origin, Uplay, or any other )... Yeah... I do not think that customers will get the short end of the stick. If they do though, now that is where things will get interesting

  11. @broniebrown And why is Steam so bad ? I mean I can get behind the "EA ... Scary ... No soul" bandwagon though

  12. @broniebrown I used to be like you untill I was at a LAN party and finally found someone to do those BF3 co-op things with. I placed it under curveilleance though. It did not do anything hinky. They asked me to fill out a customer review form though, gave them a piece of my mind, generally because I have a lot of friends who have your opinion on it

  13. @broniebrown Origin has a new free game. Would shorten your 2 week wait cycle a little bit.

  14. @broniebrown So I guess the question boils down to "probability of putting together a computer in 2 weeks" versus "30 euro's"

Friday, 10-Oct-14 19:00:04 UTC from web in context
  15. @broniebrown Yes you can. Heck you can buy Civ5 ( complete ) for 30 Euro's and spend the next 2 months trying to achieve perfection for your civ ( for some reason I do not think you will like Bismarck, but that is besides the point ) and then go "Ohhhyea... hardware parts" ... ... ... Also make a comic about the vet pony buying a new scanner or something, self assembly required... and poof... 2 weeks later, no sweat
