@adiwan You don't usually sell good videogames.
-
@adiwan k im done
-
@adiwan Soo, I am at Campzone right now *looks around* nothing but gamers here, or nerds, or game-nerds... For some reason I do not think most of them mind that it looks horrible, it will be like "PEE ES TWOOO !!! ... Memories, heck yea I want that"
-
@adiwan gut them, put leds in them, and a little bit of electronics, then resell em as gamer-wear bowties :3
-
@adiwan I once saw DuckTales remastered for PS3 at a flea market. It was a case with a download code inside. Kinda lame. Especially since the code was used and all you got was a special pin.
-
@adiwan Urgghhh... That may do it, I think, but not enough.
-
@adiwan Ohhhh man
-
@adiwan This was really sad to witness.
-
@adiwan Batman Begins is on my backlog, just saying
-
@adiwan OHHH... I am lagging behind terribly in the things I both should do and the things I want to do... MLP falls in both categories...
-
@adiwan I do not know this three is a crowd thing, am I missing out ?
-
@adiwan Sure is!
-
@adiwan Like refusing to move to the back of a bus?
-
@adiwan Hmm. I was thinking that I'd go along with my @jlbesq handle and be "jlblllc."
-
@adiwan just gonna show you this thing http://www.ebay.com/itm/Thief-Black-Fabric-Eye-Mask-Halloween-Mardi-Gras-A365666-/271525090483
And wow, I really want to at least play Mage Knight or Epic Spell Wars right now :o -
@adiwan Nono, LARPers would not sit around a table, unless if they were drinking beer... And I do not condone any form of Inception here. we're not going to talk about LARPers who play DnD ... But, ehmm, at least wear a crown when you're the king or something :)
-
@adiwan Yeah, get it right, NERD!!!
-
@adiwan Shh... Dress up... With fellow nerds... Let me daydream :3
-
@adiwan That sounds ... probably very boring to someone who does not give 2 cents or has no solid clue what you are talking about. Me however, I am jealous. And although I have no idea what DnD you're playing, I sorta want to sit at a table in the wee-hours dressed up as a hill-dwarf with a solid mustashe and mithril pants, hogging the crisps and ALL the beer. ... Dwarves love beer right ?
-
@adiwan Wait for that new Android powered blackberry. I hear that has a pretty nice keyboard and is going to run near stock Android.
-
@adiwan I'm probably going sim-only after my contract expires. My S4 is pretty much all that I require, and I do not think it will be obsolete before tragedy strikes. I'll probably be at least 50% cheaper off

@adiwan /me owns a Samsung Galaxy S4 with an Otterbox Preserver protective case. It has been nicknamed "the fridge" my others and "flying brick" by me on multiple occasions. I think the size is just right, a bit too big for a phone, maybe, but I do not need a tablet IMHO. Yet people STILL try to convince me to buy a tablet because it's "soo easy to use one compared to a phone, which is smaller" ... I honestly rather have a big-ish phone that is made for all weather conditions, and a laptop in a weather-proof suitcase/bag for when I need some serious processing power. ... But I guess size is really in the eye of the beholder, I find the HTC Desire Z rather small, dated, and flimzy. Although I really would like a keyboard on my phone, Bluetooth just is not my thing either.
-
@adiwan Err... you are talking about the "Oh that is so nerdy"*laughtrack* stuff ?
-
@adiwan In my opinion it's one of the better recent brittish shows :) ... And as far as TV shows with nerds as main cast goes, it puts The Big Bang Theory to shame IMHO
-
@adiwan Oh, that also still happens in Germany eh ? Darn WW2. Out here in the sticks the locals have actually started to put down betting pools on the next one that is going to be found. It's surprisingly easy to tell Brittish made and German made bombs from eachother ( especially the airdropped kinds ), and it might actually have to do something with [inserts image] ... It's a good series BTW :) ( just not about WW2, or bombs ) http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/825097

@adiwan ehmm. I think we call them "Persoonsvormen". Something you put in front of things like posessions depending on the kind of owner. "Ihr, euch, euch, euer, hund." And "Sie, Sie, Ihnen, Ihrer, hund." ( wheras the dog is only there as the "target" of "you" in singular or plural nominative, accusative, or, ehmm, dative and generalized ?... ) I know it is neither a prime concern as I would be off way better extending my vocabulary, but something I have to deal with at one point or another and look up against like a flying brick that is camping to headbutt me, or looks to at least wreck my shin. And in turn ruin my day. Aber, erlich, ich konne Deutch sprechen mit mendchen im mein vorseitte, jedoch, ich fühl mich wie ein kleinkind.
-
@adiwan Agreed. How about "start a multiplayer game with 2 best friends" or "6 degrees from Cid Meyer" ?
-
@adiwan yeah... Those are just dumb achievements IMHO. In fact Saints Row with the "collect a million / all pieces of xxx" are pretty much borderline in my book. Also there are games that tie in achievements with seasonal events. I have a huge dislike for those 3 antics though. Achievements should not be either giveaway's for doing things normally, or rewarding no-life grinding. That's not achieving anything, that's a 101 course into obsessity ( word ? ).
-
@adiwan "some" games are worth achievement collecting though. But the amount of worthwile games is ever so small. If the word "collecting" becomes "grinding" though, not worth the grind.
