            3. @thelastgherkin Other update: the longest piece of fiction in the world is Henry Darger's "In The Realms Of The Unreal, includes The Story of the Vivian Girls, in What is Known as the Realms of the Unreal, of the Glandeco-Angelinian War Storm Caused by the Child Slave Rebellion" which is nine million words long.
