          @mrmattimation The Subspace Emissary's Worlds Conquest had about 3.5 million words as of Summer 2013. War and Peace has between 560,000 and 587,000 depending on version. The longest published novel is 2.1 million words long, and is called Artamène ou le Grand Cyrus.
