Maybe there's something I'm missing, but I don't believe Twist ever showed any signs of being above average intelligence? It's like, she wears glasses and is kinda dorky, so she must be smart?

                    • @snowcone But that's what the personal interview is for!!!!!1111 I mean, you gotta sit down with the person and ask them the relevant questions, you know. THAT is what determines if the person gets hired. Not some bullcrap "personality test" that has only one right answer for each question and is administered long before your resume can even be submitted.

                    • @snowcone That's not what it is, though. You'd just have to try one out sometime. The answers are fivefold and they range from "Strongly Disagree - Disagree - Neutral - Agree - Strongly Agree" and they present work-related situations and ask you what you would do in those situations. They TELL YOU to be "honest" about it...and many of the things that people would be "honest" about, regardless of how correct the action is from a social or respectful standpoint, are simply not what the company is looking for. They want you to already know their policies and standards long before you get hired in, and have a very rigid view of discipline and duty based on what *their* rules are set out to accomplish inside the company. That's why you'll see this test at a lot of call centers...They all (bank, phone, whatever) have similar structures and management, and therefore similar job expectations. Oh, and if you answer ANYTHING other than "Strongly ______", that also ruins your chances of "passing"
