@nerthos One of the ways we decided who would be a good goalie was to put the girls in the goal and throw the water polo balls at their face. I blocked, instead of dodging or getting hit, and did so fairly consistantly. I only got hit in the face a couple times, and those shots came from around 2 meters out

@nerthos Yeah :3 I'm a goalie, though. While I like to be out in the thick of things, my skills are better in the goal. I'm quick and stronger than people expect me to be.

@nerthos I played water polo in high school; gave a girl a black eye once :3 Hockey reminds me a bit of it, only they're above the water and it's frozen. Similar sort of offensive/defensive arrangements and there's lots of sneaky violence involved.

@yodelerty They've only had two people die on excavation, though. If someone needs serious help, they call in helecopters to get them to a hospital. I forget what happened to one, but the other was struck by lightening after making light of the Maya religion
