Last night my dad suggested that I write something, anything, to stay in practice for when college starts next month. I'm pretty sure he was thinking more of a short story than a "Dear Princess Celestia".... I'll just brush this under the rug and tell him I had writer's block.

@miloth so would you like to hear the story of a guy who creates a clone army/family of himself and with his love of just about everything developes high quality versions of everything because he can easily work with himself and then developes lots of futuristic technology including finding out how to travel between time and space and even universes (which is why it would be a bit too easy to make it into pony) but anyway he basicly goes on adventures and tries whatever he'd like because he feels like it and his clone army/family are all really close so their is almost no problems except they do have one clone that goes against them later but spoilers so what do you think? that is a bland quick version of it all but still I want some opinions on it cause it could just stay in my head if no one seems interested

I thought about it before I found my cutie mark and my reasoning is as follows: Even if one day I don't like MLP FiM anymore (yeah right) I'll look back at it as something that was inspiring to me. Something that meant so much to me that I went and did this, something that changed my life. MLP FiM has had such a positive impact on me that it's incomprehensible. I have faith in humanity that we can do good things and we can be good to each other. The community that has come out of this is so amazingly beautiful and wonderful. I cannot imagine my life without MLP FiM and without you guys. My friends, my bronies.

@abigpony It may not last forever, this is true, but ponies have been around since 1980. It's only the recent line that converted like 99% of us. It's lasted over 30 years. kids grew up and because adults who still cherish their childhood ponies. Who's to say that we wont keep fluttershy, applejack, rainbow dash, rarity, twilight sparkle, pinkie pie, luna, celestia, derpy, doctor whooves, and all the rest in our hearts for the rest of our lives? We are the one who made the fandom big. And when the show goes off the air for good (hopefully not till season 8 or something like that), we will have left a very long legacy. Tons of pmv's, music, fanfics, pics, OC's, and more. We've met tons of friends, made new relationships, and become better and nicer people (99% of us most likely). It's gonna be something I will always look back on fondly and carry till my dying day, and when I lay in that casket, I will have the core 6 with me. That's what MLP means to me, and to many others.

Well, everypony, I haven't been on here in a while...but I have to share this. I had a job interview today and it was really important that I get it, because I wouldn't be able to afford rent if I didn't get a job soon. As I was leaving my house I picked up my little AJ figure and stuck her in my pocket, thinking that she's the working pony and she'll help me be honest and get the job done. Well...she did. I got the job. PONIES MAKE EVERYTHING BETTER. <3

I'm just me, and that's all I know how to be. So let them come and tell me what they think i need to do, or need to be. It won't change me. Might make me think, but that's it. If I change who I am, then I stop believing in myself, I stop being myself, and I become something I don't wanna be. And I don't wanna know that guy, and I'm sure you all don't either.

It's kinda funny how I came to be a brony. I was browsing Kotaku one day when I came across this video: http://youtu.be/egrlzkKa6O8. Naturally, I was extremely confused as to why such a thing had been created. When it was followed up by Ponycraft 2 (http://youtu.be/JJbAT1wzS8U), I knew I had to get the bottom of this. So I put up a journal on my DA page, asking my friends for their two cents. The call was answered by @ravenfeather, who watched the first two episodes. You can imagine my further confusion when she returned to say that I needed to watch them, too! I resisted for about a week, but she insisted, and I finally agreed to watch it. And the rest, as they say, is history.

The first song that came on was Saltlakrits's At the Winter Gala, and by the time Rainbow Dash's part came up I found myself smiling for the first time in hours. But it wasn't just the music, it was everything, everypony involved, the things that make being part of the fandom more than just being a fan of the show. The original WWU and At the Gala are <3, but without people like you all there never would have been that song I was listening to, right then... Nor the fanfiction I read later that bolstered my mood even more, or the stuff on the front page of RDN that I checked out after that helped even MORE... So, to everypony who has contributed to the fandom, from arts and crafts to musical work to writing to just being a happy, active member of the community... Thank you!

Loak waited until the toast was almost ready before making his move... The toast pops into the air. THEN, WITHOUT WARNING, Loak lunges for the toast as Starshine barely reaches for it. @delc17 If I had discovered ponies sooner than I did, I probably wouldn't have developed this pessimistic worldview that I had developed in the fall. Or, if I wanna go even further back, if ponies were around in 2009 and I found them, I could have countered that brutal depression I had that changed me and made my Pinkie a Pinkamena. I'm glad to have ponies and you all in my life. If I would have never known about them I probably would still be sad, pessimistic, angry at the world and signing up for guerrilla bands. I still have a distaste for the world around me, but its not nearly as severe. I have become more optimistic that things can get better, and not everyone is an evil, ignorant jerk. I see the good that people hold, and I now appreciate my friends much more. love you guys and I love this fandom <3 no more hate, anger and sadness!
