@oracle Okay a few other things. First off, even if I don't necessarily agree with any sort of Islamic registry or ban on Islamic immigration, I don't personally count those ideas as racist. They're more of an excessive reaction to an admittedly real threat.
There is no absolute, conclusive evidence of Trump being a racist, I can admit that. A lot of it is quotes like this one from his announcement speech:
“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.” Whether this one is racist or not is highly debatable, and again comes down to personal opinions and definition. Of course the headline that usually comes with this quote is "Trump believes that Mexicans are rapist by default" Which builds the "Trump is racist" mindset. -
@actualrudolph I'm trying to glorify him or anything. He isn't a very likeable person, and his views are out there. "There is no absolute, conclusive evidence of Trump being a racist, I can admit that." I guess that's all I wanting to hear. I personally think racism is a serious thing, and to call someone a racist is a serious thing. Too often today we throw it around willy nilly

@oracle Most of the cases of him being racist are alleged, second-hand reports. Personally, it's not hard for me to believe he said those things, but that's opinion, not fact. More-or-less, my stance on this is "Donald Trump could be a racist" and that's about it. I have my fair share of issues with Trump, and there are a lot of genuine reasons to dislike him, and the racism feels overplayed.

@nerthos NO. Cheese will always overwhelm popcorn ( appart from the REALLY young cheeses, and at that point the butter/oil flavour becomes too strong for the cheese to matter... Might as well use milk-flavour at that point ) ... And as such you pop your corn with multiple cheese flavours to bring out it's greatness.

@nerthos @critialcloudkicker Perfect popcorn: for once, don't listen to Alton Brown.
Clarify butter: this raises the smoke point to just the popping temperature and removes all water. Use 1/4 C butter to 1/2 C popcorn.
On an electric stove, turn the dial to 4/5 high. Put the butter in the saucepan, with three kernels. Constantly shake the pan back and forth on the burner. When the three kernels pop, take the pan off the heat and put in the corn. Let the heat soak in for about one minute. Put the pan back on the heat and shake.
When the popping is done, you can salt the corn (popcorn salt, none other, and not too much) as you pour it in the bowl, if you have three hands or an assistant. Do not pour more butter on now: the butter already coats each popped kernel perfectly: a thin layer all over, and all excess removed by the popping agitation. The inside is dry and fluffy.

I must admit I'm not really sure why there's so much interest in whether or not RDN federates properly considering the general opinion of RDN and its users amongst the other instances appears to be fairly similar to something you'd scrape off the bottom of your shoe.
