  6. @ceruleanspark Thank you. DNS has been restored. The reason why I was angry with he logo and site notice is because I built this place to serve the public. Not insult them. Especially with stereotypical nonsense I hear from our enemies. Do not cross this line again.

  7. @bitshift if you have access, remove it, and the text. since the server seems to be overriding the control on the design settings in the admin panel. I find this to be absolutely disgusting.

  12. @mrdragon nope, when their legal department reviews the case. They will see that the link has been removed. As for demands to completely wipe all hash tags of the word or mentions. They can go to hell. # # #

  29. @scribus It does not hurt to call the ISP. We also troubleshoot Sync No Surf issues. (IE, there is a connection, but computer isn't cooperating).

  30. @bitshift I am a Data Technician Tier 1 for an ISP. I deal with issues that usually come about when the computer isn't sending or receiving data (internet). The majority of my calls are: A) old people/newcustomers not understanding something with thier setup B) Missing profiles in the DSLAM or BGP. C) Angry Customers babbling about something another Data Tech/Field Tech/supervisor/other department did that made issue worse or did not fix issue. D) Computer issues (not allowed to fix the computer, offer them PC Tech for $x amount per month). C) Misdirected telephone issues. -- It's a great start. I just hope at this point I actually get hired on and not remain a contractor, then truly my career begins. Education starts here with A+ certification: http://Comptia.org
