I must have done something wrong. No season pass, I'm just playing through the game. I haven't hit level cap, yet, though, so we'll see. For US$50 it's been pretty fun.

I'm playing it and enjoying it. I'll probably get a good 48+ hours out of it, meaning I will have paid about $1/hour for the entertainment, which to me is a good deal. I play with buddies and it's hard enough to require teamwork but not so hard as to get frustrating.

@critialcloudkicker Your best bet will be Calibre https://calibre-ebook.com Although is a suite for e-books (Reader, organizer, editor, etc) it has the capacity to convert between several formats. It can also delete DRM from books acquired in Amazon and other, if that's your thing though.
