@hoit21 I burned like crazy as a kid. Then I did swimming and water polo in high school. Spent a whole LOT of time in the sun daily and my body had to learn to tan, or become permanently red lol

@hoit21 Oh, no worries =^.^= I wouldn't even know how to go about looking that up, but I would think it's more along the lines of Xmg won't digest, since you body would know how much of what it intakes in that form better knowing how many pills it's taken.

@hoit21 I did not know that… When I was in water polo and swimming I had hurt my back and was taking ridiculous amounts of 800mg ibuprofen to ignore it and just keep playing/swimming. I try not to take too many pain killers now
