@policeman My short experience with Brink was fraught with laggy gameplay, network-wise. Runs fine on my compy, just never got any good servers :/ Should try out Blacklight though!...I mean, it's free, haha.

@policeman Worst case, you uninstall it and move on with your life xD I think it's worth a shot though...I love the Hyper Reality Visor, adds a cool element everyone can know where everyone else is with the push of a button. And mechs are always a huge plus for me.

Daaammmn...about an HOUR of footage was recorded by me at today's Exeter meet, and you know what? I'm going to put every second of it in the video I'm going to be uploading xD Going to take 2 hours to render and another few hours to upload, but it will be worth it in the long run. ^^ !uk !southwest

!vgp Hey, guys. A while ago, I had the idea for a pony-themed mod for Civilization V. I know there's one for Civ IV already, but I don't think there's one for V yet. (Let me know if I'm wrong, though...) Unfortunately, I know nothing about programming, 3D animation, or... well, I'm the idea guy. Beyond that, I don't know what I'm doing. Okay everypony, I know I was at the January meetup in Exeter but I sstill need to check how close is the coach station to the train station we'll be meeting at? I ask because a friend may be coming along on Saturday, but he wants to go by coach, but I don't want to be too far away from the group. !uk !southwest

So now I own an Xbox 360 on top of a PS3 and my PC gaming rig. All I need now is the Hauppauge Colossus, an HDMI splitter, and another HDMI cable and I can start recording console gameplay. I have some games I really wanna record. I also want to get another Eagle Eye for the Xbox, but that's later priority. Anyway, I need to record more interesting PC gameplay. I also need to come up with a better system for finding the good parts in recordings so I can stop trashing 'em all. !vgp

!vgp so first time playing mass effect 3. decently made game. reminds me of the old starwars KOTOR games. so much better then mass effect 1. where I'm aiming is where I'm shooting! haven't. figured a good way to deal with guys with shields though. oftentimes I just try to shoot off a toe or get in close and start beating on them

!vgp so I finally got to make a start on Uncharted, after only playing the demo a few years ago. Enjoying it so far! I can only assume I'm gonna want to play the sequels when I finished with it.

!vgp Just got Uncharted, Band Hero and Call of Duty 4 from GAME with my vouchers. Was gonna also get Modern Warfare 2 but I didn't have id so they couldn't sell it to me, so I still have £5 left. Still very pleased with my purchases. There wasn't much else better I could have gotten.

@leonkfox Unlikely, because the move away from cartridge was to reduce production costs. It's not very likely they've discoved a new form of cart /SSD to match up with BluRay's density, but it's not really an impossible proposition either. TotalHalibut discussed this possibility in a 'Mailbox' episode recently. I don't have the link on hand, but I'm basically paraphrasing his sentimate.

!vgp Once I got better at Dark Souls, I suddenly realized it's not as long as I thought it was. The other night I got a little confused with a new character, thinking that there was more to the Depths than I thought. Then I realized that I was just doing better against the damn rats and frogs. Anyone else ever have a moment like that in a game?

!yorkshirebronies !uk Liverpool meetup was boss! Best meetup ever! We raided two stores and bought ALL the blindbags from both! We also had an MLP singalong in the street with a ukelele! Finally we watched MLP in the pub, and got a few odd looks! @trister I had no look finding my 20, 11 and 22 blind bags, so I'm still up for that. :D

So for those !vgp present, I HIGHLY suggest playing Asura's Wrath. It's short, but VERY good...if you like anime, it plays as if you're watching episodes, with interludes, episodes and everything. The soundtrack is amazing, this song being my favorite (I know it's not original to the game, but I still love it) because it fits the scene so well and is my favorite fight in the entire game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cT8MsQRqPE&feature=related
