  2. @pony Life without Flash can be slightly hard :P Guess I'll have to youtube-dl the video and put it in VLC player, but honestly, I'm not going to bother with that right now, too much work xD

  3. @pony Seeing how that didn't get filtered, I can already see people abuse the hell out of this shortly and either getting banned for it or having the wordfilter filter that as well, which is WAY too strict and will cause a lot of false positives (like the word assassin).

  4. @thatonestocking (Un)installing stuff is a good way to make Windows slow, so perhaps that? (Assuming he's running Windows)

  5. @zeldatra I always thought that term was "money is not a subject" but okay, I learned something new today.

  7. @abigpony Body. wrong. No, seriously, how am I supposed to explain what it means exactly if I have to use Google Translate to even find out what the English word it?

Sunday, 25-Nov-12 22:13:40 UTC from web in context
  8. @zeldatra But money can be an object, I believe!

  9. @abigpony Seeing as one of my best friends has a chronic oesophagitis (if I have to believe Google translate) and randomly has to puke once every few hours, this is related to my life.

  10. @zeldatra I would say "money may or may not be an object", as physical money is, but "virtual" money (banks, etc.) is not, as far as I know. Related: I think you mean "subject".

  11. @thatonestocking I really hope you ate more than a single banana today. It's not healthy to eat so little.

  12. @neurario Sabayon is pretty cool, though it was somewhat unstable for me. After the first time I updated, it completely and utterly broke and could not be booted anymore. It could be they fixed it, or that I was just really unlucky, but it didn't leave me with a good impression :P

  13. @zeldatra That can't be good...

  14. @zeldatra If it's only about the money, then the only good choice is Linux, assuming you can get a discount for not using Windows (our local PC stores gives a 150 Euro discount on a system if you do not buy a copy of Windows with it).

  22. @blots Retroshare is a darknet file sharing network. And yes, it is real: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retroshare. And how is Tor creepy, exactly?

  23. @abigpony But it's not an IRC, it's an IRC channel. What is an "IRC" even?

Sunday, 25-Nov-12 19:28:52 UTC from web in context
  24. @abigpony its not a tag. Its an IRC channel.

  25. @scribus At some points, America does it better at Germany these days, though. At least you don't make people responsible for others using their Wi-Fi or make exit nodes in networks like Tor or RetroShare reliable for what others send through the network.

  30. @bubbyt20000 Linux fits on the places of Mac and Linux as well, though, due to some user-friendly and customizable or user-friendly and stable (but non-customizable) distros. I must admit, in the middle it doesn't really fit because the most stable Linux systems are generally the least user-friendly :P
