  1. @oracle Programming languages are domain-specific languages that solve their own set of problems in their way. There is not such a thing of best or worst programming language. Some people (especially theoretical computer scientists) swear on functional programming languages because they are constructed match the way the proofs are written.

  2. @oracle I've been under general recently and it hasn't really discounted the idea. If anything waking up afterwards is disorienting enough that I wondered if I'd died on the table

  3. @oracle I have some negating grammar mistakes in this statement, but I think that the point can still be understood. Sorry, I haven't spoken or written in English for a few days.

  8. @oracle from what I recall he said something about Robin Williams shortly after he died, and that was the last straw? Not the best person to be asking this honestly.

  16. @oracle Aaah. Well then... I don't think it's possible. I live in an apartment building with parking opportunities on the other side of the street (40m), or nearer, over the sidewalk (8m). I don't think I can lead an extension cable to either places.

  18. @oracle The nearest charging station is at a shopping center a few kilometers away from my home but it'd be a hassle to charge there, especially when the only two stations are always occupied when I go there.

  19. @oracle I'd like to have an electric car but there is no way for me to have a charging station at work or at home.

  21. @oracle Just have more patience. I wait a few years after a console was released and buy its predecessor. It's the sweet spot for having a console in good condition, getting a few games bundled in, a low price, and a lot of people trying to get rid of their machine for a new one. I miss the hype and the excitement of new releases but I rather have other people having their good/bad experiences with games first and I pick them up later.

  22. @oracle Apart from the waiting time, how much do they differ in price?
