@omni Given the level of deification that people already lavish on the people who work on the show, I thought it was important to make it clear that Hasbro only cares money, not fandoms or people.

@anthonyrothstein As much as I've been the first to crack a joke at their expense in the past, they're not awful. They're very strict on their canon, and on the guidelines in general, but that helps, because I've certainly not seen any actually terrible people there when I've looked. So if you don't mind playing in a pre-existing canon, I say give it a go. You've got nothing to lose but a little time, even on the off-chance they don't like you at all, or vice versa. :)

@klayking They suggested something along the lines of simply associating the groups together. So while the meetups would be separate, it would be the Yorkshire and Nottingham bronies. I'm assuming they saw our popularity and want the publicity XD

@klayking After another discussion it seems that they would also like occasional "mega meets" where both groups meet at once. I think that's a nice idea.

@anthonyrothstein Mind the language please. The story is something along the lines of a regular LEGO minifig who finds it hard to build without instructions is mistaken for a member of an ancient race of MasterBuilders. He has to stop Morgan Freeman gluing the universe together or something.
