Grrrrr still no electricity, that's almost 48 hours. I can't fault the workers though they have been out for pretty much that whole time trying to fix the damage. But it's getting annoying sitting in a freezing house. Still I'm thankful I have food, water, a bed and shelter as many don't. I lack nothing except luxuries that I've grown accustomed to #firstworldproblem

@eaglehooves Doubt mine's heat, it hasn't acted up before and I've done some heavy work. Shouldn't be OS, I went back to the Ubuntu Studio 11.10 I'd had before (after a weekend of crash-happy distro-hopping). Might be video card, but it crashed with or without it and my last Radeon one worked fine until its fan threatened to seize up on me.... I'm thinking it might be the newest kernel, but that's kind of scary and a bit unfounded. Bleh. It may be a #firstworldproblem but it still sucks. =/
