#mods Forgot to mention this but, I changed the commands around a bit for WelcomePony. Saying "disable" stops ALL user interaction with the bot, "enable" turns it back on again.

The !mods group has, with approval, been purged of all members whom I doubted the status of. If I accidentally removed anyone who still has said status, just rejoin lol oops.

Speaking of !mods: @ceruleanspark Might it be a good idea to cut the membership of the group down to those who are still around? The group seems to have a bunch of inactive members, and it'd be nice to be able to point people to it and know that anyone in the group can be contacted.
