so apparently the new Dota compendium is going to give people what is basically a limited time re-do on their MMR
But this only works for the duration of the International Tournament
This is stupid
everytime the IT comes along a billion of scrub-lords who haven't played since the last IT come into the game and ruin it for everyone else
