@adiwan Nono, I am saying that I do not like cities that look like they were made in that game ( by someone with OCD ). I like the game, and I see the power of it, but it's still a game. If you take the same layouts and put them in real life... yeah... not a fan, feels too static and unalive.

@adiwan fully agreed. In this city because of designed in the grid style for the outer limits people drive too fast because apparently in a straightaway people judge they can slow down if need be quicker, which isn't really the case.

@adiwan I'm with that 100%. And let me add, cities that look like they could have been build in Cities XL by someone with OCD make me feel like I'm going around in circles getting nowhere.

@adiwan Yeah, I appreciate an orderly grid like city layout as much as the next guy, but I admit east / west streets are a challenge.

@adiwan You are undervalueing the power of German flea-markets, or underestimating the greedyness of the used-products on the Dutch market just a little bit methinks. no matter :) I'll just be patient and keep my eyes peeled for a good deal.

I learned 2 things today, firstly I have so much tabs open that it obscures the speaker symbol on the tab. And that this is not Firefox. -
@adiwan And an Occulus Rift would require a beastly machine which does not come free either.
Also, that is a little bit beside the point. I mean I am not planning to buy either one... for now at least -
@adiwan Well, the Occulus Rift is probably gonna be made redundant once a year in line with graphics card tech, so maybe not.

@adiwan The animation still looks like an Internet Flash cartoon to me. And the voice acting is like taking a cheese grater to my ears.

@adiwan This looks like an intern used the line tool in Flash and then handed it to a high school student, who used the select tool to separate them into movie clips, who then handed it to a monkey who mashed the keyboard until motion Tweens happened.

@adiwan I'm fine with the pricing, it just seems that the $9.99 tier is for single figures with accessories (Pinkie with cannon, Rainbow with Tank) while the $14.99 tier is for two full figures (Twilight and changeling) or one larger and one smaller figure (Chrysalis and Spike). The Shadowbolt seems like it should be $9.99 by that logic.

@adiwan They don't sell well because the audience they would market to has been edged out by the remarketing of the brand with traditionally masculine priorities. This isn't to say that no girls are still interested in said brand, but that its marketing framework now reflects the large male audience that's overtaken the target demographic.
