Today is the birthday of one of my favourite musicians, Lou Reed, so I decided to do a portrait in tribute of his legacy. Much of his work has had not only a profound impact on the world of music but also on me personally as both a musician and artist. He would've been 73 were he alive today. It's so nice to come to work and listen to the women in the office complain for /20 straight minutes/ about how the gifts their husbands got them for valentines were inadequate. It's like listening to the stereotypical spoiled child characters from a TV show whine about how the horse made of diamonds they got is the wrong color.
