Barrel distortion can be precalculated so that you just can look up where the pixels map to, no need for GPU. Figured this a few weeks ago.

@redenchilada Sadly my laptop has a slow cpu and no gpu, so I have to figure economical ways of doing the math :)

@caret7 If I may make one little suggestion, the way Spike's left claw is drawn seems to imply he's making a fist in front of the flag as opposed to gripping it. It's okay though gripping and hand mechanics in general are challenging. The rest of the drawing is nice, I do like the way you did the hatching on your Luna.

Here's another ponyfication! This time, a gift to my good friend @mastertdi . In this one I tried using colored outlines just like the show but I didn't really like the result I guess I'll stick to my simple black outline. Tried to do some cool yet simple lighting but I don't know if it really worked as I have to study light/shadows more. Anyway, here it is, hope you guys, and especially Tiff, like it. !art

@northernnarwhal this is bloody brilliant. I honestly cannot think of any constructive criticisms to make in this case. The hand is near goddamn perfect, and the lighting style stands out a hell of a lot. I could easily mistake this as something straight out of an actual manga. Well done!

@randomnarwhalher3 Not too shabby. The shoulders need to be rounded out a bit and one front leg shouldn't be thicker than the other, but besides that it's solid. The shading on the hair is great too, ace job on that.
