!byubronies !utahbronies We'll be having a season 5 premier showing live on the 4th of April at 9 a.m. in room 377 of the Clyde Building on BYU campus (Provo). Our normal meetup will still happen at 4 p.m. in room 381 where we'll probably have a re-screening.

!byubronies Hearts and Hooves Day is coming! We have fun, games, and treats planned for everybody this Saturday, the 14th, at 3 p.m., an hour before our normal meeting time. Instead of the Clyde, we'll be meeting in the FLAC in the basement of the JFSB (same place we held the Hearth's Warming party). @mrmattimation Animation students generally spend a LOT of time in labs, based on my experience. Just be aware you might (continue to) not have a social life if you study in that field.

Well I've finally finished organizing my pony CCG cards. It took the better half of the night, but it helped keep me alert for work. and.. now.. my eyes are very heavy. In more exciting news I participated in my first CCG tournament of any kind. It happened to be an MLP CCG tournament. I placed very close to middle despite needing to leave early and forfeit one match. I got Gyro as a prize. My wife got Parasprite Swarm, and every player got a pror foil Twilight. It was worth the 8 bucks for both me and her.

@pony 6+D. Some fighting game notations use numbers as they're located on a numberpad to indicate directions. So forward+D. (236, for instance, would be the game thing as a QCF. 5 is the neutral direction.)

@kishmond Private messages can be sent to those you are mutually subscribed to (ie you're both subscribed to each other) and staff.

@kishmond The "To:" field lists groups you're in and allows you to direct a post to that group's page. If you're not in any groups, it won't show anything but Everyone.

If I had any other advice, I would point out that a password complexity of 6 characters is very weak. I would include a requirement for at least 2 character types. But then again, for a social networking site I would rate this low on my 'List of Places I'm likely to Post Sensitive Information'. The type of users of this site, besides the very young (there's no verification of birth date), probably know how to behave on the Internet and control what they make available. In the end while security here isn't super duper tight I would say that's not much of a problem in this case for the reason above.
