@hakupony I was like "Cool smartcard and supporting an organisation I think does something good" and now it's like "I get a free blog as well? A free Wiki page? An @fsfe.org e-mail which I can also use in XMPP? I can become member of a mailing list? Whoa, so much stuff...". Needless to say, I was a bit overwhelmed yesterday.

@zeldatra Yes. GRUB (the bootloader Ubuntu uses) supports Windows. The Microsoft bootloader doesn't support Linux, though. So, whatever you do, you need to install Windows FIRST because otherwise everything breaks. But yes, installing Ubuntu won't ruin your Windows installation (unless you install it on the partition Windows resides on, of course).

I really don't see a problem with this complete discussion, and I see no reason for you to apologize. @nerthos I completely understand what you mean, and I understand that you'd prefer not to change your tone. I'm afraid that makes us unable to communicate in any but the rare cases I'm more stable than average, though, but I'm sure you don't actually mind that, seeing how you have enough people to talk to.

@nerthos On the one hand, I want to state that I mostly agree. On the other hand, the way you say things makes me feel like running, as it enables me to recall things I'd rather not recall.
