If you're in a rush, the short summary is that the game won't be out for another 12-16 months, the merch store is closing in October so if you want extra shirts better grab 'em now, the physical Kickstarter rewards will start going out in October (excluding all the stuff that won't come 'til release), and we have far reaching plans to make Battle Gem Ponies a full-fledged series when this is all said and done.

the cyborg ninja from Metal Gear Solid is played by the same guy who played the Grim Reaper in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, which is just a little goofy if you ask me.

@scribus He does not, but that actor, Greg Eagles, ALSO voices the DARPA Chief in that same game, and another character in the sequel, and both of them basically sound like what I imagine Grim would sound like without the accent.

@ponfive It has been 20 years since there was a sonic movie, so a team of production companies got together to make a new one, this time going for the full CGI bonanzafest that we pretty much have in all modern 201X movies of nowadays.
And even though there were some 'leaks' of sonics design the studio responsible chose to went ahead with the trailer despite all of the negative backlash about the leaks. Soon the leaks were shown to be really truthfull when the official trailer was released and fans exploded with anger about how dumb it all looks. For instance Sonic looks WAY more like a human toddler than what he kinda is supposed to look like. ( Big shoes, big head, white gloves )
As such the director team told the graphics department "HEY ! FIX IT !" ... Now let us hope the story will have a statisfying conclusion when the movie releases in November.Jonathan Chouinard likes this.

@nerthos For me, programming is a means to an end. If I could get the same work done with just menus, drag&drop, and sliders, I'd prefer it. My favorite things about Unity are the plugins and editor.
