    This is how you eat vanilla ice cream. First you gotta turn your spoon over. You gotta flatten it out nice and good, so you can see exactly how much ice cream you have. Then you turn the spoon around and you use the other end, and you mix it throughout the ice cream so you're creating a bit of energy in there. Then it'll start to take a thick shake form, and off the bottom of the spoon you can lick that and it'll start to flow off almost like spaghetti. That's your phase two.

    What you can do from that stage is up to you. It's my personal preference to let it sit there for about five minutes, come back and it'll move into phase three. It's a bit smoother on phase three, but it'll still stick to the spoon.

    Then for phase four, you turn the spoon over and then you can start to actually get those scoops full. And assuming you've made yourself enough vanilla ice cream, you then have a phase five, which is where the ice cream has entered complete soup mode and you can drink it.

    @vcgriffin I've played more than enough good 3DS games to justify my purchase, even as rarely as I play games at all nowadays. I'll grant that Splatoon is the only thing that's really hooked me on Wii U so far, but I'd dare say it's so good it can singlehandedly justify getting one.
