Suddenly it occurs to me that I usually tend to substitute violent implications and urges with sexual things to drain the other from my mind entirely. Part of my frustration lately may be very much trying to shut off both as paths of output, leaving my feelings and thoughts trapped into a tiny tiny box with very few routes out. And those ways out may be converting into more intense bouts of feeling. Which to me, so far, has not been fun. ... Or I might just be sick. I like to assume I'm not sick.
