Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 21:01:26 UTC from web in context
  12. @flutterfire awesome. We usually have pretty strict guidelines for what we can do for our assignments. I'm hoping we study some interesting gender theorists, that will give me opportunity to write about Ponies

  17. @scorch @flutterfire awesome! I hope to do a proper Pony presentation myself at some point. Maybe next year for 'thinking about representation'.

  20. @rainboom117 hey! things are going good, how's yourself?

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:48:52 UTC from web in context
  21. @wafers I am a big fan of chocolate. there's nothing wrong with vanilla, but if I said I could give you £10 or £50 you'd take the better option

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:47:29 UTC from web in context
  22. @wafers did it filly! Shame we only have vanilla

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:44:00 UTC from web in context
  23. @wafers and now I need ice cream.

  24. @hakupony oh, forgot about them. yeah, I have to make an exception for them... but force unleashed isn't an RPG, it's meant to be a lot more fast paced

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:37:59 UTC from web in context
  25. @scorch dude... ponies.

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:36:30 UTC from web in context
  26. @hakupony oh yeah, starkiller is certainly fun to play as, it just falls on the wrong side of ridiculous sometimes. but then, any game where a lightsaber takes more than one hit to kill an enemy is already silly.

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:34:34 UTC from web in context
  27. @ponyray meet up at 11am outside the WHSmiths at the Leeds train station. Official finishing time is about 5pm, but people will be staying later, and some will be leaving before

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:30:20 UTC from web in context
  28. @hakupony I can understand Obi Wan and Vader losing some power, and Luke not having much, but Yoda was almost 900 years old when he fought Palpatine and the two of them were flinging objects round like they were paper. then, only 20ish years later, yoda can just about move an x-wing slowly if he concentrates hard. then, in the expanded universe (if you want to count that) there's starkiller, an apprentice, who crashes a star destroyer using the force.

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:28:53 UTC from web in context
  29. @ponyray that's the one in Leeds, meeting at the train station. I'm still planning on organising one in Newcastle, but that won't be until a bit later, I want to get all my Uni work out the way first.

Tuesday, 24-Apr-12 20:25:34 UTC from web in context
  30. @hakupony yeah, the prequals really stirred things up. did you notice the constant DBZ style ramping up of power levels that went on in the star wars universe? it's gotten silly in some of the games and such that are coming out now
