@broniebrown Dang, I haven't messed about in 4th ed enough. Do you cast any buffs? I could see the initiative roll being handy for that. I think I would be somewhere between the extended spell book or extra encounter attack. But then again I've only played 4th a handful of times. I know it's a bit more structured than 3.5

@nerthos I guess I put it on level (or perhaps below) a bomb threat (you're mobilizing forces either way) but interesting that bomb threats cap out at 20 but this one is 25. Hooray legal system!

@nerthos I guess it depends. Apparently in the states a bomb threat is up to 20 years in prison and fines. Is this better or worse?
