@purple The function returns whether you're pointing and laughing. Because it also makes you point and laugh, it always returns true. It's... not a clever function.

@omni Well the valid reason is OStatus. But there's a lot of things where it saves URLs that it shouldn't. Like it saves the URL to your profile, even though it's on the local instance and is REALLY easy to calculate.

@widget Even so, it stores the URLs needlesly. Caching the notice HTML is understandable, but caching the URL for a local profile instance makes no sense, especially since it probably takes more resources to fetch the URL than it does to just generate it on the fly.

Does anyone want to make an icon for my game? I don't know the size of the SVG file, but it seems that I only need it to be 80x80 pixels. The game is a, well, textmode game. @toksyuryel But it's the first thing that comes up when you pull a site using this version up. Clicking the logo links to Public. They couldn't have not seen the possibility.
