!college Now THAT was a fun class. Watching the expressions on everyone else's faces as our instructor tries to explain 2's compliment and cyclical number systems (which, thankfully, I already know) was absolutely priceless.

!calgary !college This week in Communications class we're doing impromptu presentations. It's not very impromptu, though. The way we're doing it is that we send our instructor a list of three topics we're willing to talk about, and then a few minutes before our presentation, she chooses one of those three topics and we have to come up with a presentation for it. Though since we already know ahead of time what the possible topics are, it's not that hard to be prepared for them anyways. Like I said, not very impromptu. || So, come friday morning, I'll be doing a presentation on either: Reliability of Wikipedia Articles, Analysis of Series-Parallel Circuits, or My Little Pony. Though our instructor says she has a knack for picking the topic we're least interested in talking about, so I guess it's going to be Wikipedia.

Interesting WMG: !portalponi GLaDOS's obsession with cake is due to sloppy penmanship When GLaDOS was made, it was generally decided that it would be a good idea to program GLaDOS to think of Cave Johnson as her creator and therefore sent a letter saying as much, but they had sloppy "V"s which looked like "K"s. So when she gets activated at a party with people cutting and eating cake, you can expect that she'd be pretty angry. The morality core managed to control that, but as she's still obsessed, it may have been rushed and glitchy.

Oh don't mind me, just thinking up ways on how to make Chell a TF2 class. Hmm.. Let's see.. how about a combustible lemon launcher? Definetly a portal gun. A gel gun (Like from Tag: The Power Of Paint)? That could work! SOMEONE MAKE IT HAPPEN!
