  13. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why Firefox would refuse to display pages sometimes on Mint? It looks like infinite loading, but the page request is at least getting sent out, since when I get it to load the site in question tells me I last visited five minutes ago. I don't think it's a hardware issue because it never happens on Windows, and it's happening on various different stable sites so it's not an issue with the servers.

  14. Hey @northernnarwhal if you go to the "Remote Profile Options" link on a post from another site you can block that user's posts from getting to this instance jsyk

  21. I will admit that being able to switch workspaces independently on each monitor is nice. I don't know if Windows or Mint have that

Saturday, 20-Feb-16 05:53:13 UTC from web
  22. Also the inability to have text labels on the dock, or separate different windows of the same application into different entries. Finding the one window in the back of all the others gets really obnoxious without that option.

  23. The fact that you have to enable a fake right-click option on the standard mouse also bugs me

Saturday, 20-Feb-16 05:49:26 UTC from web in context
  24. @yodelerty It bugs me because there are usually important things for me in those menus and I almost never notice they're there because of that

Saturday, 20-Feb-16 05:48:21 UTC from web in context
  25. @yodelerty You know how there's an application menu for whatever program you're focused on along the top of the screen? A sane OS would put that on the application window itself

Saturday, 20-Feb-16 05:47:22 UTC from web in context
  26. @yodelerty Whose bright idea was it to separate the application menu from the application window? It always throws me off when I can't find a settings menu for something and then I realize wait, the menu's halfway across my monitor

  27. @yodelerty I use it for forty hours a week at work and can attest to it being garbage
