@rotation Not really. Fluttershy would probably be more useful to all of us at home. And Twilight would want to hog my PC away from me to read all of the Internet. Dashie would get bored of a universe without Wonderbolts veeer- actually. She'd miss the Wonderbolts, but because she'd be one-of-a-kind, she would be able to quickly get attention, which would probably make her very very pleased very quickly in the short term, but then she'd realize she wouldn't be able to escape from the attention and have another breakdown. Not to mention people who would chase her down FOR SCIENCE. Rarity would be fairly quick to adjust to a human world as an independent, I think. AJ's cute, but she'd probably go nuts without the farm. And Pinkie and I would BALLOONS EVERYWHERE for at least 5 minutes until somehow we accidentally obliterate eachother. So I'd rather go Chocolate pony, Sweetienoms, or have an Apple Bloom as a lap-pony. #notsafeforediblefillies

Maybe it's just the drought of official content and the anticipation as we're getting right up to the last 2 weeks before the new EP airs, but I hope and hope and hope #PVP ends up fun, and doesn't go too far down the PARODY FOR PARODY'S SAKE road and trash the whole idea by trying too hard to be girly.

@retl Anyway, in the #dream I was irritated because I was looking for my WEEKLY DOSE OF PONY and was completely mislead by #AwesometheAwesomePony 's attempts to emulate the show that inspired it. Watched a bit of it to make sure it wasn't just a really bizarre spin on new episodes, then eventually went to ask about what time it was to the other dream-people. And then something else happened involving family tensions and ninjas, and I woke up. Anyway. After seeing it in my head, I want to see it for real. Also, I think #PonyVsPony launches IRL today. I WANT TO PLAAAY IIIIT

@retl As much as I remember, #AwesometheAwesomePony was an animation about a single pink-and-red filly in a dark cloak with some kind of humanoid-ish type of partner (my best guess is a mutilation of the diamond dog idea?) goes around kicking tail and taking names, not afraid to pony up against resistance, especially when it comes to defending her friends. Most of the scenes I saw were dark scenes with very contrasting lighting effects for attacks and things, and seemed to be mostly night time or underground. Eventually when I saw a surface scene, it was veeeery obviously taking after Ponyville, but all the houses were styled after giant mushrooms. So there was less friendshipping for learning, and more friendshipping and teamwork to defeat the enemy of the week (I'd say monster, but in that dream, nothing they were fighting wasn't an _equal_ as in another pony or similar. There were no monsters. Unless we're counting dragons and manticores?)
