#totw Shining Armour looked into the room. Inside sat his wife, sitting in a chair and staring at the collection in front of her. Various cute things were scattered in front of her, from a litter of puppies, to the CMC. Shining turned to the scientist at his side. "What do the readings say? Is she ready?" The scientist sighed and shook her head. "We've tried everything, but we can't get her love level any higher. We even tried funny cat pictures..." Shining hung his head. "Then we are doomed. The changelings will destroy us. Make your peace while you can.." Suddenly a voice whispered from behind him "Not if I can help it! ...If that's ok..." Turning around Shining Armour saw Fluttershy. "Can you do it?" he asked. She nodded, and walked into the room. Walking in front of Cadance, she turned to look at her and smiled. For a few seconds nothing happened. Then, from the princess came a soft sound. "Hnnng". Bright pink light flowed from Cadance's body. Shining smiled. "She's ready." (tbc)

#totw ...He couldn't remember how this had all begun. It felt like months had passed since the battle started, since the changeling horde had descended and begun laying waste to Canterlot. He'd marshalled his forces and moved to protect key points of the castles infrastructure, but there was only so much the royal guard could do. He'd requested reinforcements, but with the Griffon encroachment on Appleoosa, there were none to be had. He had only one choice. He focused his magic, feeling the flow of it in the air arround him. Attuning his magic to the energies of the land, tapping into the mountains of Equestria itself. He reached out, linking together the six points he required, forming a giant magical sigil across the breadth of the continent. He felt the onrush of power, of raw white heat blazing throughout his very being. As the rush of flame overwhelmed him, turning the very air of equestria to flame, he had time to utter only a single word: "Worldfire". Then all was silent...

#totw I (Shining Armor) would order to evacuate Canterlot, and make sure there are NO lovers within the same evacuating camps to unappeal Canterlot to the changelings while garrissoning the city. If there is no to little love to be found the changelings should disperse. After the capital is secure I would bring out the honey-cannons and blitzkrieg to save the day in Appaloosa... Griffons can not fly when sticky with honey and they should quickly surrender.

#totw I (Shining Armor) stand on top of the hill as the troops below me assemble as I have asked. Behind me stands the once proud city of Canterlot, now being swarmed by changelings. I can't see it, but in the distance lays Appaloosa taken by the Griffon Empire. The troops have finish gathering below. "Equestria is under attack! It's up to us now to protect our beloved land and kick the invaders out. However, we cannot risk splitting up our troops now to fight on two different fronts. Therefore, It is up to me to decide where we focus our counterattack. I have chosen to free the capital city. By the time we are done the Griffons will have reinforced Appaloosa and it will take days, even months to reclaim it. But worry not! For I promise you that we will succeed! Even more, we will make them pay 10 fold for every second their claws defile our land! For every pony harmed! For every blood spilled! NOW ON TO CANTERLOT! FOR THE PRINCESSES! FOR HARMONY! FOR EQUESTRIA! HOORAH! (too long?)

#totw Shining Armor quickly assesses the situation, which is escalating quickly into pure chaos. He then makes a decisive tactical maneuver, casting his dome shield spell over the entire town, trapping the Changlings that were already within the town inside, while keeping more from entering. As he tries to sustain the shield he barks out orders for his troops to engage the Changlings trapped within the shield. The soldiers do as they're ordered attacking and capturing the trapped Changelings as prisoners of war. As this is happening, Shining Armor's shield starts to weaken due to the consistent pounding onslaught of the Changling swarm just outside its barrier. The unicorn platoon assigned to the command of Shining Armor begin to notice his struggle and rush to aide him with their own magic. Even with their combined efforts, the shield continues to weaken. One unicorn uses the last of his magic to send out a distress signal in antagonizing hope that help will soon arrive...

#totw Gather all unicorns in Canterlot, all the princesses, and the unicorns from Ponyville. If necessary, get unicorns from other cities. Gather all Pegasi legally old enough to join in with you on a flight mission, dive bomb the Griffons with one half, the changelings with the other half. Combine the powers of the unicorns, in one of the most powerful magic blasts in all of Equestria. Use it to blast the changelings away, follow it up the next day with the Griffons. Repair Canterlot and Appaloosa.

#totw get the pegasi army over at appaloosa and perform a flyover to see whats happening once youve scanned the area look for a nice hiding spot, learn there tactics and take action; as for canterlot get the mane 6 over there followed by the earth pony army and figure out a way to tell the changelings from another, make sure to trust nopony unless youre absolutely sure there the pony you think they are, make sure to bring the elements of harmony just in case
