It seems like every time I use desktop ponies at school, theres always someone that looks at it and says something along the lines of what the heck? People take it way too seriously, it's just a program that lets characters walk around the screen, I guess that's just too cool for them or something. (Secretly jealous? Perhaps)

@redenchilada Aww I was afraid of that, I had a feeling that it would, but I can be kind of stubborn about trying to get around stuff like this. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to try? *Shrugs*

@redenchilada Well the problem is that they got the site blocked at my school (stupid website filter blocks based on categories, they have fanfiction blacklisted for some dumb reason) and I would rather not use a proxy, so I was thinking maybe a client could bypass it, but since it's a school computer. >.<

Does anyone know of a good statusnet desktop client that you don't have to install? I need it to be portable, something that you could put on a flash drive and it would work on multiple computers. Its not really important, just wondering if there's a client that would work that way.

@firestormdangerdash So they wait until they have enough orders to ship them out? As long as their still making copies, that doesn't matter to me. How much does an order cost anyway? Might as well ask since I'm clueless about it.

@scribus I think batmans suit is a bit thicker than spidermans suit. I don't think he could wear normal clothes over it, but I could be wrong.

@jla Not sure if my opinion on this matters or not, but I like the background, although I suppose having the same animated picture over the whole screen is a bit annoying. Other than that I like the design.

@pony Ive heard the name of that fanfic multiple times, haven't read it though. It would be awesome to be able to get the book version of it, are they still doing that, or was it a limited supply kind of deal?

@darkw00d I would recommend one of the newer pokemon games, like diamond or pearl on the DS, but you could get one of the older games if you want. Diamond and pearl is kinda old compared to Pokemon black and white, but what game you get is up to you.

@darkw00d If you start playing pokemon, I wouldn't try "catching them all", there's so many pokemon out now it's crazy. Not saying you shouldn't give the games a try, just have fun with it.
