Probably Stuck Between Dimensions
(Yes, I know this place is back. No, I don't plan on returning; I just don't fit in with the whole "4chan vibe", as I heard it described recently. Anyway, if anyone wants to keep in touch, catch TryshaGray on Twitter. Otherwise, have fun, and keep it pony.)
Not all ponies miss out on all that Princess Luna has put together for her show after she brings out the moon! Me? I do some of my best work and spell-weaving when the stars come out. Besides, I tend to be the sort to keep to myself, a lot of the time. Lately, I've found I'm a lot more of a "Twilight Sparkle" person, though some still say I have a very "Fluttershy" personality, right down to being more likely to talk to your critter companions than you, at first. It takes me a little while, but if I don't get too badly spooked, I'll open up. And if you see me suddenly pop out of a moon portal, or catch my eye hovering in the sky as I try to find someone or something I've lost again . . . sorry about that. I really try not to startle people too much with this stuff. It's just so cool, though!

@ceruleanspark Ah, that could explain it. This one was playing some fighting game. (I have no idea what. That's my honey's thing; I just tag along for the ride on those.) It could very well have been Street Fighter 3D.

@ceruleanspark Yeah, the lighting in the Fry's wasn't great, but it wasn't dim, neither. Maybe my eyes are just oversensitive to the illusion they use to create a 3D effect. I suppose one could just turn off the 3D feature, but, that point, why get a 3DS? (Of course, I should also note that this is from someone who never saw reason to upgrade from the original DS.)

@ceruleanspark Ahhh, yes, I toyed with one briefly at Fry's recently, and felt the eyestrain right away, like my eyes were cramping and trying to cross. Not pleasant.

@princessluna M-hm! Very busy, somewhat stressful, but I'm managing it and getting stuff done, and nothing has squashed me flat (yet), so I'm feeling pretty good about things. :) How are you doing over there?

@leonkfox Aw, hey, that IS good news! I'm glad things did get straightened out with that. Sometimes, it just takes letting things be for a while for cooler heads to prevail. :) I do hope that things will mend over time. I know how it is, all too well, that feeling of forgiveness, but needing to rebuild trust.

@purpletinker Uhm ... okay! Well, congratulations, @mrdragon! Not sure if that's actually wanted, but you have it, so may you use your new responsibilities well in keeping RDN in the spirit of pony. :) And, @purpletinker, I definitely know the feeling of getting in way over your head in planning, coordinating, and "running" (though it feels much more like the convention is the one running you) a conference. I hope that all goes well with it. Good luck!

@mrdragon Hm! That's an interesting point: how many active mods are there outside of the Americas? Folks who are active and in the Eurasian timeframes would definitely be a good idea.

@moonprincess I'm sure that there have been more beautiful and justifiable nuclear rainbooms fired by mods, but, at the moment, I can't think of any. Thank you.
