@projectrainbowdash More so, social development than "stupidity", but there are so many factors that affect us without even realizing it, that our social environment could very well inhibit learning and mental development.

Getting used to the controls in Warzone2100 again by making another run through the single-player campaign. I definitely like the changes I've noticed so far in 3.1, although it does appear to impose a harsher penalty on deficit spending than previous versions did it serves as further reminder to the player that you should try to avoid doing so whenever possible. !vgp

Maybe I could get you to playtest my second simfile pack too (still in the works, but it's coming eventually haha).
