@kayian I'm glad to hear that. Hopefully they'll provide the same to me and other users I've talked to. On android devices, !gameloft's most recent update for Hearth's Warming wiped players' inventories of all items including gem items like Celestia. I've waited 4 days (2 full business days) for so much as an automated message addressing my request to have my items returned or to be awarded the replacement value of 1820 gems and 102,440+ bits. I won most of the items that I recently lost in the Heart balloon pop game, so I'm not actually out any money, but it's the principle I feel that's important. I play honestly and hope that they'll deal honestly with their customers.

After seeing many users jerked around by !gameloft's support, I've decided that if they don't respond to my support ticket by this Friday I'll file a complaint against them with the BBB.

I just noticed the latest !gameloft update wiped my inventory clean. I sent in a bug report to them and hope to get the items back, or, better yet, refunded their value. !gameloft just added another link. Somepony was kind enough to upload an old hack-compatible version of the game for android. This is useful since the winter update makes the Trainer (see group for link) is incompatible with the new save data files. !gameloft I recently played the gem balloon pop game for the first time and I ended up getting things I already have and don't want more of, so I tried force-exiting the game before tapping OK at the end of the balloon pop game and I got my gems back like I'd never played it. This worked a second time for me as well! It's very tempting to exploit this bug and try to get exactly the pony or decorations I want, but I'm trying to be like AJ. xD

@cloudchaser @herbalgreen Adding you guys. I say if you wanna add folk then go right ahead. they can always just reject your request, but that's unlikely I think. Also, if you want more friend requests then I recommend joining the FB group I listed in the !gameloft group page and look for the group doc that lists everypony's GL IDs. Ad your own to the list and send requests to those already there and you'll be getting hearts like crazy. Also, you can do searches for GL users with pony names and add a bunch of friends that way too like I did.

@firestormdangerdash you said you already tried the MLP !gameloft update for Android devices? Have you downloaded the app that lets you save your game data and change the number of gems and bits, etc? Maybe it could be used to restore your game after reinstalling MLP.. but then again you did say you've tried all your tricks.. I just don't know what that entails.

I just ran a hack for !gameloft on my phone.. wanted to see if it would work.. So far it hasn't screwed anything up, but it hasn't helped either.

@rainbowdash1x I'd be happy to answer any questions! Can't guarantee I'll know, but I'd love to help. If you'd like more friends then check out the facebook group listed in the !gameloft group description. there are a couple documents linked there with tons of user names. Also, I just did a search in the gameloft thing for all pony type names (eg. Twilight, etc.), and added a bunch of friends that way.

I've added a link on !gameloft's group page to a trainer/hack for the game in case anypony wishes to be un-Applejack-like. As for myself, I'm playing legitimately since I like a longer drawn out experience in the case of most things pony related.

!gameloft Made it to the max level yesterday! I'm kind of sad I won't be getting any more bit bonuses, but I've already bought every pony and shop that can be bought with coins including the ponies that only become buyable in airplane mode so really it's no biggie. xD All my harmony stones are uncovered, but I still have a way to go before the magic stone is activated, plus I've got to buy some gems or do a TON of offers if I want to finish the quests and get Rainbow Dash. :3 I think I'll wait til Christmas and see if there's another sale on gems before opening up my wallet. There are still a few ponies I can buy with hearts so I've got that to look forward to in the meantime, not to mention map to uncover and prettify! http://ur1.ca/by6nh
