( !eqdaily so people see this ) The Tumblr ponies have a good side as well. One of the OC ask accounts, named BassDrop, posted this message 4 hours ago: ((I have four bottles of pills here. Empty. See ya guys.)) The entire Tumblr brony network galvanized and went into overdrive, tracking him down, praying for him, and working to find more information about him. They eventually figured out that he was a Marine, and was able to alert his unit's commander. He then worked with the suicide hotline and got him into hospital before death. Thanks to this incredible fandom, a person who might have died tonight is now still alive. Good work, bronies.

!ponytoycollectors I am now the proud owner of a blind-bag display set! Also, my Toys'R'Us moved all the ponies. They aren't even in a pink aisle anymore. I thought they'd gotten rid of them for some reason until I heard the creepy talking baby Pinkie Pie.

I plan on removing Angel's bow, making Owlowlicious a little more accurate, and like I said the Opalescence mold is half-done. I'm not going to be making a mold of Winona since Hasbro made her already and I'm pretty sure that would be a copyright violation, but if you decide to order the full set ($25), I can throw her in for free (limited time offer, I only have 5 available currently)... For those of you who pre-ordered a Gummy figure, here is the original sculpted piece with my finished cast, just to let you guys know what's going on. I had to order something and I need it before I actually pour the resin, but since its aerosol it has to be shipped by ground, so it might be a little while before this bugger actually gets done. If you'd like to pre-order one, or more, they're $5 each+shipping (I really should have charged for shipping at the meetup but oh well). I'm also halfway done with an Opalescence mold, and Owlowlicious, Angel Bunny, and Winona are all on their way. If you've ordered your Gummy already and want a full set, or want to commission something else.... well, the more I ship to you at once, the more I save on shipping, the better. Also, mold casting kits are kinda pricey. The more people who pre-order, the sooner I'll be able to afford the materials for everything. http://ur1.ca/50rpf

@musicssound You'd think that but apparently the company who made it didn't care enough to do so. And this isn't even an old copy either! It was part of a bundled re-release along with Drake's Fortune and a Tomb Raider game. Basically, they intentionally sold the public a shoddy broken game they have no intention of fixing. !vgp

!centralflbronies Okay, so after some (not so deep) thinking, I think it would be a good idea to start a news blog. This way, we can post meet up info, future planning, photos, etc. for the people who are not on Facebook or RDnetwork. I've never blogged before, so I'd need some help with that. Anyone got any suggestions on blog services? The only one I have any experience with at all is wordpress, but if there are better options out there, please let me know.

@ceruleanspark Ah. Okay. I've seen the publishing interface and holy hell it's complicated, but the end results are so pretty that I get distracted by the OOH SHINEY aspect. It's almost like a scaled down version of Dreamweaver (which I have only a tiny bit of experience with).

!centralflbronies FYI, the party didn't stop after Trevor and I left the ToysRUs. On the way into Orlando, we stopped at the TRU at Mall at Millenia and I used some of my profits to deprive the good store of all their TRU-exclusive minifigs.
