New to the series as well as the community, I thought it was a bit silly at first, but the way this fandom has grown has really intrigued me.
I've never been part of a social network before, so this is new to me.

@nvrrmbr If you want to emulate it on PC http://osu.ppy.sh/ has a Taiko mode and some Arcade original charts for it. You can even connect the Wiimote Tatakon via Bluetooth to play it! I actually haven't gotten around to testing that out, though. I did try it with a Wii emulator, but it caused too much input lag.

@scribus Yes it is, it only got one US release on the PS2, but it kind of bombed so Namco doesn't really release it here, but it's very popular in Asian arcades. There are 3 out on the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP respectively (all different to thankfully!) and I also have 3 on the Wii with a "Tatakon" controller which is a drum and some breadsti- I mean drumsticks. I have trouble reading the game because there is only one lane with different kinds of notes and no speed mods afaik. The game has a lot of Anime OPs, some classical music, some Namco originals, and occasionally licensed tracks like Mario and Monster Hunter tracks. @ponyrookie It's from a rather old film by Matt Stone and Trey Parker (creators of South Park) called Team America: World Police and offers a satirical view on the American foreign policy through means of puppets and some catchy songs. @abigpony I was referring to this game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8F1cOvZ3nS8 Although, if you don't play JRPGs it may not be as enjoyable (you won't get a lot of the jokes) as it would be otherwise. One of the better 8 hour games I've played commercial or non, though. I'm serious this is definitely in my top indie titles. Amazing game.

It's a really good try, though, it gets a bit better after the beginning. His other song mixes are better, but they aren't all in this channel and none of them are Quad City.

@lyokotravels No, I am running on a 23" 1920x1080 monitor and the background doesn't cover the entire screen so I do see it all. The issue was it's impossible to read some of the text in your text fields because of the Shadow the Hedgehog logo in them. Attached is an example. http://ur1.ca/51vye

I got mine for $30 at Gen Con after I buddied up with one of the people hosting the video game events. http://tinyurl.com/3rqh73g eBay or, if you're lucky, Craigslist could have cheaper (I've seen a few near me). If you're worried about the games softmod a PS2 or download Lunatic Rave 2 (Stepmania-like IIDX simulator that works basically perfectly with IIDX skins) !rgp

@ponybis After I formatted the SD card I started using it then I tried to transfer the images onto my hardrive through USB when windows gave me a weird message that said it couldn't find the item. I tried reconnecting to no avail. The image was clearly there and I could view a preview of it, but I couldn't move it over to my photo folder. It kept doing weird things like I could add them to my desktop, but not the folder and then delete them and stuff. I later found out it was windows doing something weird so I just restarted my computer. Now that I have the images I have found that the photo quality is blurry and horrible. At least I have Fluttershy. Here she is as seen by my new camera. http://ur1.ca/4apfe
