Cool! One guy is developing a compatibility layer for MacOS applications so that they can run on #Linux. Right now only very basic programs can run there like Bash or a C compiler but it is still very impressive. http://ur1.ca/bxm3t !coderponies

!coderponies so I downloaded all the class videos for this term's C++ course at my university.. but none of them address deconstructors because the instructor messed that video upload up. Deconstructors are like the main thing I don't know! I'mma need help.

I need to know why the floating point (double) precision of my Atom N270 is almost perfect around values of 0. I tested 7 different systems and the others are worse. If I restructure my test such that no optimization is possible (separating the computation in different volatile variables) then it is as bad as the others. !coderponies

@abooky If you mean hacker as "someone who looks at source code of software and makes the changes he needs" !coderponies can help. If you mean the kind that breaks into computers (which we call crackers in the computer industry), I have no clue.

If you often flash your !Android device, put all the .apk installers of apps you use often in one directory and execute "find -maxdepth 1 -name "*.apk" -exec pm install {} \;" using the adb shell (or a terminal emulator on the phone) in the same directory. Seeing how Google Play doesn't always restore installed applications, this makes it easy to always restore the apps you use most (like a keyboard, for example) easily. !android !androidponies !coderponies

!coderponies Okay, now I'm curious about MySQL Vs. PostgreSQL. PostgreSQL obvious has more features, but with more features also comes a performance hit so I wonder how they ultimatly stack up.

If you ever end up on an Android system without file manager and Wi-Fi capability, but with command line access and you need to install an .apk, copy it over to the SD card using USB and run the following commands: cd /sdcard; pm install name_of_package.apk (Who is this even useful for, other than me? Maybe !coderponies?)
