Well this is fun. When I press down a bunch of keys on this old keyboard, some of them stick and each one clicks back up at different times. It makes the keyboard basically rattle. I'm way too bored.

@scoot Yeah, I don't expect the guy to actually keep the actual file as much as keep the disk as the gift. I'll probably just email him a .FLAC file.

I am currently trying to compress a 19 MB .wav file down to small enough that I can fit it onto a single floppy disk in order to give it as a kind of gift. As much as it pains me, 48 kbps mp3 here I come!

Theres a birch tree in our backyard, and every few years it gets infested with these little red bugs that smell pretty bad when you kill them. It's quite annoying because they fall on you when you walk under the tree.

@mushi I believe that the quite large wooden play structure in my backyard has been completely taken over by bees. My parents don't believe me, but I see them go in and out of various holes quite often.

@mushi I have no idea. All I know is that the wasp that stung me was one of the Yellowjackets that are common in up here in Canada.

@mushi It's really only wasps that I have a problem with. Most other bugs are fine unless they buzz around my ears without me seeing them (because I automatically assume wasp).

@mushi Yeah, but I had a wasp sting me on the ear when I was little, and now that's given me one of those irrational fears of wasps and anything unknown buzzing around me. Maybe one day I will get rid of this fear, but until then... :/
