Ah... Projects that search for people who can do EVERYTHING THE BEST. C++, Java, Python, Bash. Everything at expert level and at least 5 years of DOCUMENTED JOB experience. Also at least of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics related projects. DUDE... I can rather deliver a unicorn than these specific requirements. I'd like to get into that project, however the project owner is very strict with these requirements.

There are theories about a hollow earth, which are obviously stupid. I have have also a theory on my own: the hollow head theory, which shows more and more signs each day that provide evidence that it might be true.

Bought a new wrist watch. It isn't my ideal watch but it is half-way there. Doesn't have solar, the layout of the face could be slightly different, and the seconds are a little bit too close to the minutes and are a little bit too big without them having a sufficient gap to the minutes. Also the day of the week could be smaller. I'm seriously questioning the intelligence of humanity. This BS is not a local phenomenon. It's spreading like a disease for which there is no easily applicable vaccination but proper education and ethics teaching.

Ah... U.S. election time. The time when the world is anxiously awaiting if the world will be f-ed up for the next 4 years or not. It's like groundhog day but with more consequences.

Why are digital wrist watches so ugly and expensive? They look like someone vomited all over and thought it looks nice. All I want is a wrist watch with a big clock, a small date display, solar-powered, metal body, a minimalist look. The watch band can be silicone. I don't like metal that much, leather is fine but it isn't durable enough and tends to stink after a while, and fabric is the worst in all aspects imaginable.

I'm not very fond of the Raspberry Pi Pico for the stuff I want to do. I bought another foot switch and due to the RPi Pico being considerably cheaper than the Arduino Leonardo I chose the Pico. I also wanted to use the Arduino IDE as I already did the work before and is easy enough to use.
First pitfall: The functions I used aren't supported.
But: There is a replacement.
After a very short adjustment in the code:
Second pitfall: Function keys 13 to 24 don't work.
This is for me not acceptable. I just ordered yet a new Arduino Leonardo because I'm fed up with the RPi Pico right now. Maybe I use the Pico for something else once I'm calmed down and find a good use for that.

Oh man... Amazon's Like A Dragon Series... I have some stern words to say... I cannot express how much disappointment I feel about this piece of crap. I can get behind some story changes but the pile of crap that was excremented. Harsh words but the whole inter-personal dynamics are changed. If it wasn't based on anything it might have been fine to a degree. The worst offender is that Yumi lives at the end, that she isn't the mother of Haruka, the Millenium Tower doesn't explode, Kiryu has beef with Kazama, Date-San is even more pointless, aaaaaaaaa... I could scream if it wasn't pointless.

Got candy. Only a pair of children got some. Once a huge group was ringing the bell but as soon as I was at the door they were gone a few doors further. The children have no patience.

On my work I listened to way too many Japanese people playing Final Fantasy music on electric organs on Youtube. Somehow I like the synthesized sound of music instruments. It gets me back to the old Soundblaster, AdLib, Roland MT-32 sound card days.

The animated Super Mario Bros movie from Illumination is borderline awful. It'd be tons better if those stupid needle drops weren't there.

Gathering plans for my next D&D adventure and my stupid brain came up with that: introducing a magic mace that emits a forceful gale on a strike and calling it "Mace Windu".

Since ever Rockstar has fumbled really hard with their launcher for GTA5 on release I won't ever buy a new Rockstar game.

I own Red Dead Revolver for over 12 years and still haven't beaten anything beyond the first few levels.

I'm very conflicted with the live-action Like A Dragon series. They have changed a lot. A LOT. I'm OK with a good chunk of the changes as they weren't that good in the game but there are several that make me question things. I have to process the first three episodes for a bit to make an opinion.

Tomorrow is the day of the live-action Like A Dragon series. Definitely gonna see it with subtitles and original Japanese audio track.

Over night one of my 3D printers had no filament anymore during the print job and it resulted in a massive solid blob in the cold section of the hotend. PETG was cooked for hours such that was harder to reheat and liquify because it has degraded that much and because the heat couldn't reach that well in my cleaning attempts. I had to pull out the drill out of my tool box and remove it that way. Luckily nothing was damaged that way.

OMG. The iPhone's (iPhone 13) FaceId crap is getting on my nerves. I HAVE to use it for 2-factor authentication for work and it is not as reliable and convenient as on my old work iPhone (iPhone8) with the fingerprint scanner. Before I could just put the phone on the desk and hit the fingerprint scanner. NOW I have to prop it up so the front camera can see my face. Despite having turned off the awareness option I still have to look somewhere near the phone to have my face recognized.

Refactoring code. The constant pain and work for something that works but it could be organized and look neater.

I'm artificially pollinating my Jalapeño plants that are standing in my living-room. They blossom like crazy. I'm using a q-tip to transfer the pollen from one flower to the stem of another.

Thick thigh problems. I went on a walk for around 2.5km and the skin got rubbed so much that the upper skin layers were gone such that it almost created a bleeding wound. I just used a hydrocolloid wound patch for the first time. Hopefully it'll get better fast.

Even though I don't drink any alcohol I feel like I'm having a big hangover after yesterday's company party which I only attended because I'm mostly working at home and felt some social pressure to show my face once in a while.
