  1. I just woke up, had a good sleep, I feel good.

I have the feeling I should somehow apologize for over-using the send button somewhere yesterday. Buttons were pressed, and I am not just talking about the Send button. I hope most of you will just silently accept my apology.

  2. @mrmattimation Hold on a minute. Do you believe that I said that you must think that HRC should have never conceded. But where I actually said that HRC did not have her concession speech ready when Trump won because all the polls told her that her win was pretty much a done deal and actual voting would actually just be a formality at that point.

Because if that is the sore spot then I find it extremely hilarious that you think I need to learn how to read.

  4. @mrmattimation Alright, I will bite. I insisted you said what things ?

  5. @mrmattimation Could you prove that I said Trump to be an illegitimate president ? Could you prove that I ever said that Clinton should never have conceded ? Feel free to link me those exact words right now, but I know they do not exist unless if you add a couple of words to the things I did say.

  6. @mrmattimation Stop putting words in the mouth of the baby, the baby never said that.

  7. @mrmattimation When you are having a conversation in the open like this, calling your perceived opponent a name or derogatory like that is probably going to end up great for the total tally for those at home keeping score.

Not that I care all that much about being called anything but surely even you have to admit that it does not look good. Heck, any highschooler that has even heard of a debate team knows this. Not that I would know, according to you it would take at least 10 years before I probably even get close to a highschool.

  8. Oh my. I guess we DID agree on something. Ahwell. Show is over. I do not feel like I have to say to someone who thinks that the 2016 polls were right next to a big hotchpotch of other stuff (*) because it would not register at all. In fact I do not think I could say anything to someone suffering so severely from ( my best guess ) TDS and have, in any way, a worthwile conversation. To make matters worse, the [reply] button is not even used, making it more like a war of passive agressive post it notes by someone who has two mom's ( Believe me, I know ) which is infuriating by itself.

(*) : Just look at the phletora of topics discarded and left unanswered, not to mention that I am kinda forced to assume some things I do not want to assume. Such as is this person in favour of HRC never having written a consession speech ?

TL;DR : Show is over, I will not be playing the politics game anymore, at least for a while, most certainly not with a certain person

Monday, 23-Sep-19 18:04:09 UTC from web in context
  9. @mrmattimation Wait, so we agree on something ?

Monday, 23-Sep-19 17:04:07 UTC from web in context
  10. @scribus Of course there is supposed to be. How else do you think something like this can happen ? http://rainbowdash.net/url/875213 ( picture says it all, really )

  11. @scribus Well, I guess it is time to say farewell to the department of "making FrankerZ up as I go" ... Wait a minute, You are just trying to sell me a Wheel O'Scapegoats arn't you ? Hell I dare to bet that this entire room is made out of chocolate or something

Oh and yeh I probably watch way too much weird Potato Knishes on the net http://rainbowdash.net/url/875212

Monday, 23-Sep-19 16:59:34 UTC from web in context
  12. @mrmattimation Yes and there are still 10 people running for democratic presidential candidate, and last time I checked the Republicans are going to run with the current president. Meaning there is one flavour of red and various flavours of blue. Of course one side is going to be a lot more outspoken about thier choice. Same thing happened in, lets see, 2012, 2004, 1996, 1984, for some reason in 1980 that was not a 2nd term runnin prez, 1972, and 1956.

As for those two maps, Well we already know the bias of "270 to win"

Monday, 23-Sep-19 11:21:50 UTC from web in context
  13. @mrmattimation " that capturing 51% in a poll is just that - a 51% chance that you win."

Oh for the love of. NO ! That is not what a poll is supposed to represent. You do normally take margins of error into account and all that jazz for a non political poll ( which is set to about 5% ). However for a political poll when the levels of polarisation are extremely high ( and you litterally have people talking openly about grabbing the opportunity to making sure that all your employees vote HRC, for voting Trump will have consequences ) polls become less and less accurate since people do not bother to out their political leanings untill the little drape/curtains close behind them in the voting booth.

Saying otherwise makes a mockery out of the art of poll-making from 1952-2012, probably earlier but I did not look into that.

I mean, after all, if RHC was as smart as you then she would have made a concession-speech. Instead she threatened to do what she said Trump would do. Call 'FOUL'.

Monday, 23-Sep-19 10:59:47 UTC from web in context
  14. @mrmattimation You still believe in polls ? More importantly you think 8.3 % of Bernie Bro's did not vote ? Yeah I call bull on that. Unless if you want to proclaim that you can expect 30% margin of error out of every and all polls coming out of "the establishment" on a good day ( not even gonna touch the bad days )

But hey, I will just leave you with this http://rainbowdash.net/url/875210

    and this

  15. @scribus Well in the very least vagabonding has a way better than than "van hobo". Also yeah that sounds cool.

  16. @scribus So what ? You wanna call this art or something ? How do you even want to report on this.

    points at kitchen utensil

I do not think "today there was a kitchen mishap in the long room" will cut it. People will start to ask questions

Monday, 23-Sep-19 10:27:40 UTC from web in context
  17. @scribus Lets say you picked up an unused scratch card from the floor somewhere and won 40.000 dollar. Where would you even move out to ? I mean, I think I would begin seriously gathering some pro's and con's to living in McCall, Idaho.

Well either that or reschool to become a park/woods-ranger and go where the trees be, but I am mostly daydreaming about myself at this point.

Monday, 23-Sep-19 00:29:49 UTC from web in context
  18. @mrmattimation Wait, you mean like the 1976 election between Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford ? You KNOW why Texas was blue, right ?

Monday, 23-Sep-19 00:13:02 UTC from web in context
  19. @scribus ( Lets keep this low-key improv stuff going, to see where it goes )

So you swear you had NOTHING to do for us finding them in such embarrassing positions. Well, You know what I mean.

I mean I would be embarrassed.

Monday, 23-Sep-19 00:06:53 UTC from web in context
  20. @mrmattimation the "non sequitur"-level seems high I am not sure whether to call it a day or to point out that I have NO idea how actual vote totals (from when? 2016? from whom? MSM ?) can be used to establish anything on the level as big as a whole state.

But hey, if you are willing to still believe that so called 'professionals' are better at predicting at what whole states will probably end up voting when there is also Matt Groening, I am not gonna stop you.

As for that Trump did worse than Romney and McCain in some area's. Yeah I am willing to believe that, there are things like home states, there are things like actively or passively pandering to special/specific intrest groups.

Lets not forget the Bernie Bro's ( name ? ) which voted for trump in 2016.

Oh, or the people from the Rust Belt who vowed to vote democrat in the local elections but Trump for 2020 http://rainbowdash.net/url/875206

    Because aparently that's a thing

Monday, 23-Sep-19 00:00:13 UTC from web in context
  21. @scribus Now I know I should see that in context to what you posted earlier. But my initial response would have been "WHAT DID YOU DO ?!?"

Sunday, 22-Sep-19 16:19:40 UTC from web in context
  22. @mrmattimation Ah, welcome to the wonderfull world of politics where everything is a gamble and nothing makes you happy. If you wanna hear my hot take on your Biden-problem. The guy is 5 years older than Hillary Rodham Clinton and as such I doubt he knows a lot about the modern way of media. So here is what you wait for : If he goes to the swing states and/or potential swing states in the south and he puts on a fake southern accent. Do not vote for the guy, and laugh at him instead. Else, good luck

I mean just 1 small google away are things like... Oh my I was not expecting to find something so recent as 2019 http://rainbowdash.net/url/875204 or http://rainbowdash.net/url/875205

Meanwhile I can not help but to be curious as to how far the "he might get votes that would otherwise go to Democrats" is said in the "Republican Nominee War Room" (name ?)

  23. @drinkingpony Point of clarification : I was being facetious when I said I would need a GTX 5099 ( obviously ) but the main thing I was jabbing at is that the whole game is unoptimized, as in, SHAMEFULLY unoptimized for what even an AA title, but it is an AAA title now and it should really, you know, not set an example that bad.

I mean, it is not like you guys want me # - ing on Mass Effect Andromeda ( again ) right ?

  24. By The Way, I do NOT condone Borderlands in any way, they have VEHEMENTLY screwed up in my eyes, both in sending goons and Randy Pitchford's total shamelessness deflections, and I might still be salty about the whole season 2 to BL2 thing which my first season pass did not cover because cherry you... And then I bought the game later for little less than 3 cans of pringles, so there is my gameplan for BL3. Also I need like a GTX 5099 or something and even then I am still going to pirate it ( after buying it ? maybe ? ) since that denuvo is pretty much an agressive form of always-online-"VirtualMachineLike"-DRM

    Aight, # over.

  25. @adiwan Nice.

    While on that subject http://rainbowdash.net/url/875203

Saturday, 21-Sep-19 17:29:11 UTC from web in context
  26. @mrmattimation No you didn't. You just said "Oh hey something that happened in 2009 is now again happening in 2019, that involves using Nanci Peloci as a skapegoat of one form or another" Just what am I supposed to do with that ? What is ANYONE supposed to do with that ?

Also are we just going to ignore 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014... Heck I am sure that I can find SOMETHING to complete the 6 in a row in the very least. I mean, I just need to find something regarding her being blamed for something by someone else right ? Question now is who is saying anything. Would you believe everything that John Boehner or Kevin McCarthy say ? Heck, lets disqualify those people from the 'game'. Now it is suddenly a lot harder to even get 4 in a row.

  27. I mean, either that or it was a stunt by KPN trying to prove to everyone that their stores are an ideal gift-shop.

    http://rainbowdash.net/url/875199

But you know what they say about unbelievers.

Friday, 20-Sep-19 22:17:11 UTC from web
  28. @adiwan Yes that is real, but it is lacking ALL context.

    http://rainbowdash.net/url/875198

To translate all that from coloquial to English. There is a special man coming each year from spain to bring presents to the good kids and... also the bad kids, but they probably would not like what they would find. Usually a bundle of sticks or a bag of salt for the baddies. This man is known as Sinterklaas.

Those who know more about either Santa Claus or Krampus ( no really ) can probably see a lot of similarities right there.

Also he rides on a horse as primary method of transportation, a wingless horse that can fly.(tall showoff if you asked me)

That signpost reads "Parking spot for horses, maximum of 1 hour ( starting 14-11 untill 06-12-2015 ) which roughly falls in line with the dates when it is celebrated. Its probably mostly for his understudies, since the actual one would just fly away before any cop could ticket him.
