@widget The easiest thing to remember is what people come here for. They come here to post, freely they hope. And changing what is possibly the core part of the site will always have you being given negative attention. What you need is features that work around the core part of your website, never interfering with it, not interrupting it. If this site were new and made from scratch, then you could of gotten away with what you had. But it's sadly not, it's nearly two years old now and the core part of this site has been established and, as you say, no one really wants that changed.

I think the main problem is that these cars aren't designed for racing on road courses, and more importantly these drivers aren't as comfortable with road courses. Obviously they can tune the setups on the car to make it a little better, but I mean these guys go in the grass and dirt so much it's almost embarrassing. That never happens in F1 or other non-Stock Car leagues.
