New to the series as well as the community, I thought it was a bit silly at first, but the way this fandom has grown has really intrigued me.
I've never been part of a social network before, so this is new to me.

@purpletinker But do you want to subject emotionally unstable people to that? I mean it's good and all you're that strong yourself, but preventing it happening to others is probably the nicer thing to do. But you could go ahead and tell them they need to suck it up or get pretty. I guess I'm kind of for that too.

@purpletinker I know you don't visit !irchighway very much, but I know that some of the members there were very displeased as /co/ and /v/ were posting images from their meetups on 4chan and making imagemacros, making fun of them, etc. If KYM is there they'll undoubtedly do some form of mass coverage (as well as use this as a marketing opportunity towards YOU GUYS, if they aren't there with merchandise I will be surprised) and the images will go onto 4chan and it will soon turn into personal attacks towards certain bronies. I've seen images of the past NY meetups and I'm going to be honest and say you aren't really the prettiest people in the world, but I don't really want to attack anybody based on that. But 4chan? 4chan will. And you'll see it. Realllly fast.

@purpletinker I'm beginning to think more and more that those reports are more accurate. Why do fans of a media need popular press? That's kind of ridiculous. A NEW FANDOM SWEEPING THE NATION: FANS OF KINGDOM HEARTS LIKE TO MAKE MINIATURE KEYBLADES AND HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS. People who defend the show as "I'm not watching it to be ironic, I'm watching it because it's good" are practically being hypocritical when the news reports are clearly reporting it because it's ironic. I'm getting meta with this hipster stuff.

@purpletinker You mean make it more, and more mainstream so places like this are just hugboxes + meme splurges instead of places where you can simply discuss what you want? I think the attention from "newfriends" is always unwelcome and it only encourages everyone to be attention whorey about our-little-fandom. It's annoying and needs to quit because it's making a lot of people view bronies as furries 2.0 because of these stupid antics. And before you try to go into furry defense mode what I'm referencing is people shoving ponies into people's business who clearly don't care. If somebody shows disinterest in something you shouldn't press it and KYM is a hive of people who do that. They also encourage it.

@cabal I'm with Cabal on this, @purpletinker I'm not a fan of KYM for numerous reasons and cabal is making a very good point. This would cause nothing but problems.

@abigpony I was referring to this game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8F1cOvZ3nS8 Although, if you don't play JRPGs it may not be as enjoyable (you won't get a lot of the jokes) as it would be otherwise. One of the better 8 hour games I've played commercial or non, though. I'm serious this is definitely in my top indie titles. Amazing game.

It's a really good try, though, it gets a bit better after the beginning. His other song mixes are better, but they aren't all in this channel and none of them are Quad City.

@colfax I know this one girl, who was a major Harry Potter fan, would try to have a British accent whenever she got angry. Later in life she started dressing all emo and I don't know what happened to her after that.
