@scoot I'm likely gonna be doing some more schooling after I graduate where I'm currently attending, though I'm not gonna drop out because it'll damage my credit.

@scoot Oh sweet, those were both great games. If you liked Awakening you'll for sure like Fates too, personally I think I may already prefer Fates despite loving Awakening. If you want Hana make sure to get Birthright as she's a unit in the Hoshido story.

@scoot It's okay, I can understand the busyness and don't at all hold it against you for not being here often. I am glad to see you whenever you're around though, I have lots of respect for you as a person and love your art. It's troubling to hear you're going through so many troubles, and I want you to know it's not your fault. Depression just sucks the motivation right out of you, and anxiety doesn't help work ethic at all. I know the despondency and exhaustion, and college has made me really in tune with my own powerlessness lots of the time. I spend lots of my time at mine too, which has led to lots of stress. I guess I'm probably not helping too much, but I guess what I'm trying to say is I understand all too well, and hope for the best for you cause you deserve it.

@scoot You do you. You can't change someone by whining at him or her that you dislike something about him or her anyway. You just hope that things will work out in the better for them sooner rather than later. Although tactical buttkickings should always remain an option should someone ONLY decide to focus on the negatives, which is especially annoying when things are actually going well.

@bigpoke It's kind of a pointless halfway house. It's not as versatile as a general purpose computer, and lacks both the large software library and convenience of a console. Plus I doubt *any* steam machine on the market today will play nice with any of the upcoming VR gear

@ceruleanspark I guess all I really want is an emulation box to hook to the TV, and I was figuring I may as well consider adding some Steam functionality or some junk. If only Roku had emulators (does it? Have I ever checked?).

@scribusclaus I've played a few of the Ninja Storm games (the full titles are all really long). The basic gameplay basically involves you manoeuvring in this 3D environment and getting combos as well as using unique special abilities. I know next to nothing about Naruto, but the games themselves are pretty fun. A lot of the ultimate attacks are stupidly over the top and ridiculous so it can get pretty hectic and fun.

@scribus I just started getting into them. I think half the fun is who you play them with. With my group of friends it's pretty perfect since we're all near the same level on everything we try and we focus more on fun moments than just winning.

As much as I enjoy Guitar Hero Live. Sad they dropped the ball on local multiplayer. And took out the GH Studio. I mean some people did great pony music on it. !vgp

!vgp One thing that fascinates me more then it should is having this one extremely unknown fandom song, load up Audiosurf/Audiosurf 2 and throw it in there to not only see one other person has played it, but that person also is on the extreme other side of the world. I'm like, whoa, someone else found this person i did. Any they don't even speak the same language or anything. It almost feels like you only you know of the song then you find someone else for the first time, even if they played it years ago. Then you dethrone them. Like a boss. And be all like "I found you. You're not alone. Now let's dance for this highscore!".

!vgp So been playing Guitar hero Live. Freakin epic. I mean this is everything you needed it to be, yet people still complain. Too much of a Guitar feel/relearning? Well duh, it's a guitar game, called it now feels MORE like one. MTV style music system in "none single player" mode. Sweetness, I am not musically inclined so being given the music is better then my trying to find one. And I get to watch music videos at the same time! Oh but the final sin, play tokens. *makes scary hoof wave* I mean if you really want to play a song not on the disc, you use a token. But you get a lot. Unless you exclusively use that system. And apparently people can sing if your have a mic. Weird. And the local multiplayer is funny. Eh. Your friend is always a "guest" anyway to you right? Ha. Something a patch could fix/introduce.
